Head of Production

We are looking for an experienced and committed production manager who will help ensure high quality and efficient operation in our production of heat pumps with natural refrigerants.

You will play a central role in a technology-driven company with strong values, short decision-making paths and great ambitions.

The position reports directly to CEO Mads Hougaard, and you will have great influence on both daily operations and the future development of production.

Your primary tasks

·        Lead and motivate the production team in daily work

·        Production planning and process management in Microsoft Business Central (Navision)

·        Ensure efficient operation, high quality and delivery reliability

·        Optimize workflows, flow and capacity

·        Expand and develop the staff

We expect you to‍

·        Close cooperation with development, logistics and purchasing

·        Have experience with production planning and management in a technical or industrial company

·        Have experience working in ERP systems. We use Microsoft Business Central/Navision

·        Be structured, solution-oriented and have a natural authority as a leader

·        Passionate about quality, technology and efficiency
