What personal data we collect and the purpose
Personal information covers all information that can be used to identify a person, including, but not limited to, the person's first and last name, age, gender, home address or other physical address, mobile number, e-mail address or other contact information, regardless of whether they relate to the person’s private residence or workplace.
We use personal data about you to make our service better and ensure quality in our products and services as well as in our contact with you. We process personal data about you in a number of different situations. Read more about our treatment in the various situations below.
Visitors to Thermonova's website
When you visit Thermonova's website, Thermonova may processinformation about your IP address as well as information about your computer,device and browser. We may also process information about your visit (e.g.information about the way you enter our websites, how you navigate around it,which pages you visit, content you look at, your searches, advertisements youhave seen, etc. ).
This personal data is obtained through cookies, log filesand other technologies. We also process personal data that you give us inconnection with your use of the website, e.g. when you contact us via thecontact form, including your name, address, telephone number/mobile number,e-mail address and other information you provide to us.

When you visit Thermonova's website, we collect personaldata about you using cookies, which collect information about your behaviour on our website. Information about your behaviour is a processing of your personal data. Therefore, when we place cookies, we will process personal data about you.

Retention period, data integrity and security
Your personal data is not stored longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. When your personal data is no longer necessary, we will ensure that it is deleted in a safe manner.

We have implemented security measures to ensure data protection for all the personal data that we process. You can - unconditionally and at any time - withdraw any consent. This can be done by sending us an e-mail (see address above).
Withdrawal ofyour consent will have no negative impact. However, this may mean that wecannot fulfill specific requests from you in the future. Withdrawal of yourconsent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before itis withdrawn. Furthermore, it will not affect any processing carried out onanother legal basis.
